Stayed in a modern, newly remodeled twin/double room with a kitchen; appreciated the courteous and helpful staff providing complimentary wake up calls and ironing services.

I think the rooms were very nice and modern, the facilities were more and better than we expected, very pleasantly surprised. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom nice, the mini kitchen great.
I was OK with a space I found but parking is a big problem if you have your own transport.

The service was good, we felt welcome. The pool area was good and the location was great, short walk to supermarket and the Dean Hamlet mainly due to the location and the superb staff.
Didn't like the area, it was really loud.

Friendly staff, good location, cheap price.
If you book the economic rooms (which they state that the only diference is the breakfast) they are located at the underground floor where the cleaners at 6:30 in the morning, start moving their noisy trolleys. Also on the same level there is a noisy (music) cafe-bar which opens at 8:30 am. Also they cleaned our room and they changed our towels, just once within 4 days! So make sure you take your earplugs with you and you ask them to clean your room everyday.

It's in a good location. The room had views...And a nice size but very plain.Last man working in the room office was very polite and treated us well.
The reception argued with me om arrival 3am about not requesting a double bed, when it was clearly stated on the Booked.net comments / requests. The beds are very hard, and fairly cheap. the hotel has no control of their guests making noise late at night plus the unwelcoming drunk tenants using the pool and being extremely rude to others. The hotel has a lot of potential but basics have been missed.

Great location right by a bus stop, super easy to find. the breakfast options were fresh and delicious, you could get extras for a small fee - no need to worry. They even had toast, for example 🍞.

The twin/double room is bright with kitchen, a good view, for instance.

The hotel is cheap and quite clean. The staff is nice and helpful. There is a club on one of the side of the hotel so if you want to stay at a quite place you should ask for a room facing the harbor. You get towels and a soap, and there is a fully equipped kitchen in the room (microwave, kettle, stove).
At one point I spotted a bug in the bathroom but it ran away.
